What size should I order?

The standard size for Annika Design bracelet is 7.5” or about 19 cm. Prior to ordering, however, please measure your wrist for custom fit sizing. In most cases, adding about 1.5” or 3 cm to a tight wrist measurement yields a comfortable fit.

When will my jewelry arrive?

All Annika Designs pieces are custom made, by hand, and that takes time. Please allow approximately two weeks for your piece to be completed and 4-8 days for shipping depending on your location. Please allow extra time during the holidays.

What is your return policy?

It is truly my wish that you enjoy your custom jewelry piece as much as I enjoyed making it for you. Due to the personal nature of your custom order, returns are not accepted. However, a 30-day guarantee is offered on workmanship and repairs may be made during that time.

What if I need to add another name to my bracelet?

Congratulations on your new addition! I will gladly add a name to your special bracelet for a fee of $60 plus any shipping charges. Please contact us at amursten@annikadesigns.com for additional information.
